Sometimes you don’t need more advice.
You need space to understand what comes next.
Professional coaching for individuals navigating change, transition and complexity - helping you understand what is happening, what matters to you and how you want to move forward.
Coaching with Purpose
Understanding comes before change.
When life feels complicated, our instinct is often to look for the answer: What should I do? What’s the right decision? How do I fix this?
But meaningful change rarely begins with somebody else giving you the answer.
Our coaching creates the space to step away from the noise, understand what is really happening and explore the thoughts, emotions and circumstances influencing the decisions in front of you.
We don’t tell you what to do.
We ask the questions that help you understand yourself well enough to decide.
Because when you understand what sits underneath the overwhelm, uncertainty or feeling of being stuck, the way forward often becomes much clearer.
Where Coaching Can Help
Divorce & Separation
Support alongside the legal process, helping you navigate the emotional and personal impact of separation, think clearly and make informed decisions about what comes next.
Life & Personal Transition
For periods when life has changed — or you know something needs to. Space to understand where you are, what matters now and the direction you want to take.
Professional Transition
For professionals navigating career change, increased responsibility, difficult decisions or a growing sense that what once worked no longer does.
Clarity & Decision-Making
When there are too many thoughts, competing priorities or possible directions. Coaching helps you make sense of the noise and identify what actually matters.
Confidence & Self-Trust
Exploring the beliefs, experiences and patterns that can make you question yourself, so decisions can increasingly come from understanding rather than fear or external expectation.
Overwhelm, Feeling Stuck & Reconnection
For those who have spent so long managing everything else that they’ve lost sight of themselves. Space to stop, understand and reconnect with what you need.
We Won’t Tell You Who to Become.
Coaching at Jackson Resolutions isn’t about fixing you (you're not broken by the way!), creating a new version of you or handing you somebody else’s blueprint for your life.
We believe you understand yourself far better than anyone else ever could — sometimes you simply need the right space, questions and challenge to hear yourself clearly.
Our role is to remain curious, notice patterns, challenge assumptions and help you explore what sits underneath them.
Your answers remain yours.
Specialist Divorce & Separation Coaching
Divorce and separation can require people to make some of the most significant decisions of their lives at precisely the time they may feel least equipped to make them.
Fear, grief, anger, uncertainty and changing family dynamics can all influence how information is processed, how decisions are made and how people engage with the legal process.
Our bespoke divorce and separation coaching works alongside, never in place of, legal advice.
What makes our approach different is the expertise that sits behind the coaching. Drawing upon extensive social work and family court experience, we understand not only the emotional impact of separation, but the complexity that can surround it — including high-conflict relationships, domestic abuse and coercive control, parenting dynamics, safeguarding concerns, neurodivergence, the pressures of ongoing proceedings and the impact upon children.
This means we can support clients with an understanding of the whole context in which they are making decisions, rather than coaching the individual in isolation from what is happening around them.
By supporting the human circumstances surrounding proceedings, we help clients make sense of what they are experiencing, remain grounded, communicate more effectively and approach important decisions with greater clarity.
This support can be accessed directly by individuals or work alongside solicitors, mediators and other family professionals as part of a coordinated approach.
It is coaching — but informed by a depth of specialist family experience that traditional coaching alone may not provide.

You don’t need to have the answer before you begin.
